How is the way Forp works different from normal recruitment agencies?

A normal recruitment agency helps you recruit one new employee per open vacancy. For each staff member recruited, you pay a fee to the recruitment agency. Candidates for vacancies enter the recruiter’s database and for each new vacancy, the recruitment process starts all over again.

Forp helps you recruit staff using your own company name. Candidates enter your database and we work on your employer branding. This way, you don’t have to start all over again for every vacancy. You pay Forp on the basis of hours worked. Not for a fixed fee per recruited staff member.
