The way in which you want to employ the candidate can be coordinated in consultation, so in addition to direct employment with your organization, it is also possible to have a secondment process run through Forp.

1 | Partner/professional search: The first step is to identify the need for a new employee and determine the type of professional or partner being sought.

2 | Introduction: An on-site introduction will follow, so that we can provide a better picture of the organization to potential candidates. We will go through the relevant application with you from A to Z, so that the search can get off to the best possible start.

3 | Vacancy or profile sketch: A detailed vacancy or profile sketch is prepared and published to inform candidates about the role, responsibilities and requirements.

4 | Customized search: We start a tailor-made search for candidates who meet the criteria of your organization. This includes active recruitment, using our extensive network and possibly using modern search technologies.

 

 

 

5 | Evaluation Interview: Interviews and evaluations are conducted to assess the skills, experience and suitability of the candidates.

6 | Match: This step is about making the right match between the candidate and your organization, examining whether there is a good fit in terms of skills, corporate culture and ambitions.

7 | Partner application procedure: We supply candidates with a complete profile in our own format. You are in control and decide which candidates you want to meet. We will provide advice on this, because we are aware of the current labor market.

8 | New colleague!: The final step is the successful recruitment of a new colleague, who is then welcomed and integrated into your organization.
