‘There are now 30 of us at Sweere with a good mix of a large group of colleagues who have been working here for more than 10 years and new colleagues. It is very important to take good care of your people so that you can work together pleasantly and for a long time. Forp helps us with that.’
The beginning
Laura van de Lindeloof of Forp met Rini Rockx and Aart Lodders, the owners of Sweere, a year ago. Sweere is a complete financial services company with a professional and insightful approach. Their knowledgeable and committed staff invests heavily in a personal connection with their clients and ongoing intensive guidance. Founded in 1981 under the motto “trusted business”. Now the partner for insurance, mortgages, brokerage, banking, financial planning and retirement. Here you really will find everything under one roof. This is not only extremely convenient, but above all very efficient.
‘There are now 30 of us at Sweere with a good mix of a large group of colleagues who have been working here for more than 10 years and new colleagues. It is very important to take good care of your people so that you can work together pleasantly and for a long time, as Rini and Aart point out.
Our partnership
Aart explains, “We got to know Forp a year ago. Before that we were working with another party but our contact person left there. That was the moment to start orienting ourselves. We started looking and ended up with Laura van de Lindeloof, whom I already knew from her previous employer. During our first conversation we immediately clicked. She started filling a number of vacancies we had open. She did this to our complete satisfaction. But she went further and looked together with us at the branding of the Sweere office and at employer branding. She took us through the rapidly changing HR landscape. So in the fall of 2022, she and her colleague Stephanie Timmermans organized the first workshop. A brainstorming session to get a picture of the employees, how they feel about the work and what they think about Sweere. When you have been managing the company for so long, it is good to have a fresh look from the outside. There will be a follow-up to this in mid-June 2023. But they are also going to work on a workshop for our new colleagues. Looking at what was strong during induction, guidance and coaching (the onboarding) and what was missed or could be improved. And whether the right expectations were created during the hiring process. It is very important to keep talking to your colleagues and to check whether the developments that have been initiated meet the expectations. We like to contribute to the positive feeling of the employee’.
Gladly surprised
Rini adds, “Forp’s involvement and empathy was fast and good. They understood right away what we stand for and they also quickly hit the right chord with our identity. They provide good follow-up. They think along and come up with things that add value for us. They have created more awareness and a stronger bond with the staff. That’s the biggest win! The longer you work with a regular team, the better and stronger you become. In short, Forp has done more than expected, positive things have happened and nice steps have been taken. We are very happy with that.
